摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定"附子理中丸(浓缩丸)"中甘草苷含量的方法。方法:以岛津shim-pack VP-ODS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.5%醋酸溶液(19∶81)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为276 nm。结果:甘草苷在0.030 52μg^0.305 2μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为101.8%,RSD=1.32%(n=5)。结论:所建方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于附子理中丸(浓缩丸)中甘草苷的含量测定。
Objective：To establish a determination method for liquirtin in Fuzi Lizhong pills（concentrated pills）by HPLC. Methods：The separation was performed on a shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm）,and the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and 0.5%ethanoic acid （19∶81）with a flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was at 276 nm. Results：Liquirtin was in good linear in the range of 0.030 52 μg^0.305 20 μg,and the average recovery rate was 101.8%,RSD=1.32%（n=5）. Conclusion：The method is simple,reliable and good repeatability and could be used for determination of liquirtin in Fuzi Lizhong pills（concentrated pills）.
