摘要
针对传统直接转矩控制方法转矩和定子磁链脉动大的问题,提出基于性能指标评估函数的永磁同步电机模型预测直接转矩控制,在dq旋转坐标系下建立内埋式永磁同步电机预测模型,阐述模型预测控制方法具体实施过程,提出可实现不同控制目标的权重系数可调的性能指标评估函数,并以评估结果为依据选取最优电压矢量,同时与传统直接转矩控制进行详细比较。实验结果表明,所提出的模型预测直接转矩控制优于传统直接转矩控制,可以有效地抑制转矩和定子磁链脉动,同时降低逆变器开关频率,减小开关损耗,并可以通过调节权重系数控制电机运行状态,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Aiming at reducing torque and stator flux ripple of conventional direct torque control ( DTC ), a novel model predictive direct torque control (MPDTC) strategy was proposed for permanent magnet syn- chronous machines (PMSMs) based on performance evaluation function. Firstly, prediction model of PMSM was established in the synchronous rotating frame. Secondly, the detailed illustrated and the performance evaluation function was presented for the optimal prediction process was voltage vector selection to achieve different control objectives by tuning the weighting coefficients. Finally, the comprehensive comparison between MPDTC and DTC was carried out. The experimental results show that the proposed MPDTC scheme presents a better performance than conventional DTC both on torque ripple reduction and stator flux ripple reduction, and the switching frequency of the voltage source inverter (VSI) is reduced to consume less power. Additionally, different machine operation status can be achieved through tuning the weighting coefficients of the performance evaluation function.
