摘要
为了解决传统直接转矩控制(DTC)在电机低速运行时存在的转矩和磁链脉动较大的问题,在直接转矩控制基础上提出了一种新的永磁同步电机(PMSM)系统效率优化控制策略—基于电机损耗模型的空间矢量脉宽调制直接转矩控制系统(SVPWM-DTC)。该控制系统不仅能减小转矩和磁链脉动情况,而且降低了电机系统损耗,实现电机最大效率运行。通过MATLAB仿真实验对传统DTC控制系统与基于电机损耗模型的SVPWM-DTC控制系统进行了实验比较,验证了所提方法的有效性。
In order to solve the problem of torque and flux linkage ripple a lot in traditional direct torque control(DTC)When the motor is running at low speed,a new efficiency optimization control strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)system based on direct torque control(DTC)is proposed in this paper,which is space vector pulse width modulation direct torque control,PWM-DTC system based on the motor loss model.The control system can not only reduce the torque and flux linkage ripple,but also reduce the loss of the motor system to achieve the maximum efficiency of the motor operation.The traditional DTC control system is compared with the SVPWMDTC control system based on the loss model of motor through the simulation experiment of MATLAB,and the effectiveness of the new method is verified.
