摘要
产学研合作是推动高校和企业创新发展的有效方式,合作的伙伴选择将直接影响合作的绩效.基于产学研合作主体的创新能力分析合作伙伴的选择,运用双边匹配的方法,通过建立产学研合作主体的匹配度矩阵,结合加权的指标权重构建匹配模型,获得最佳的匹配方案.最后通过一个产学研合作伙伴的选择实例证明所提出方法的可行性.
Industry-university-research collaboration has become an effective way to promote the innovation and development of the university and enterprise,and the selection of partner affects the performance of cooperation directly. This paper analyzes the selection of partner based on innovation capacity of the subjects of industry-university-research collaboration,adopts the method of two-sided matching,and builds the matching degree matrixes of each criterion of the industry-university-research collaboration. Furthermore,by using the linear weighted method,the paper constructs the matching model. And then,the matching matrix is obtained by solving the model. Finally,an illustrative example of partner selection of industry-university-research collaboration is given to show the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
