Hg,Cr和Pb及其交互作用对绿豆光合特性影响

摘要 以晋绿2号为材料,采用盆栽试验,研究Hg2+,Cr3+和Pb2+及其交互作用对绿豆花荚期光合作用的影响。结果表明,在试验浓度范围内,Hg2+和Cr3+均显著降低叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量,Pb2+显著降低了叶绿素a的含量,对叶绿素b的促进作用不明显;Hg2++Cr3+,Hg2++Pb2+,Cr3++Pb2+和Hg2++Cr3++Pb2+对叶绿素a均表现为协同作用,Hg2++Cr3+和Hg2++Pb2+对叶绿素a/b表现为协同作用,Hg2++Cr3+,Cr3++Pb2+和Hg2++Cr3++Pb2+对叶绿素b的伤害表现出一定的促进作用,其中,Hg2++Pb2+对叶绿素a的含量和叶绿素a/b的影响程度最强,Hg2++Cr3++Pb2+对叶绿素b伤害作用最严重;Hg2+,Cr3+和Pb2+单一处理下净光合速率和气孔导度均较对照显著下降,而蒸腾速率和胞间CO2浓度的变化不明显;绿豆净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度在Hg2+,Cr3+和Pb2+不同组合处理下均呈下降趋势,其中,Hg2++Pb2+组合处理对绿豆净光合速率和气孔导度的影响最大,Hg2++Cr3+和Hg2++Cr3++Pb2+组合处理分别对绿豆蒸腾速率和胞间CO2浓度影响较大。 The effects of single and combined treatment of heavy metal Hg2+, Cr3+, Pb2+ on the photosynthesis of mung bean at flowering-podding stage in pot experiment were studied. The results showed that contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b significantly decreased under Hg2+, Cr3+, but contents of chlorophyll a significantly decreased under Pb2+ The effects of Hg2+ + Cr++, Hg2+ + Pb2+, Cr3+ + Pb2+ and Hg2+ + Cr3+ + Pb2+ on chlorophyll a presented synergistic effect, and the effects of Hg2+ + Cr3+ and Hg2+ + Pb2+ on chlorophyll a/b showed synergistic effect. The damage effects of Hg2+ + Cr3+, Cr3+ + Pb2+ and Hg2+ + Cr3+ + Pb2+ on chlorophyll b were promoted. The most effects for chlorophyll a content and chlorophyll a/b were Hg2+ + Pb2+, and the most obvious damage effect for chlorophyll b was Hg2+ + Cr3+ + Pb2+. Compared with the control, the net photosynthesis rate and stomatal conductance decreased significantly, but the changes of transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration were less. The effects of the combined treatment of different combinations of Hg2+, Cr3+ and Pb2+ on net photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration appeared the trend of decrease. The effects of Hg2+ + Pb2+ on net photosynthesis rate and stomatal conductance were stronger, and the effects of Hg2+ + Cr2+ and Hg2+ + Cr3+ + Pb2+ on transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration were stronger respectively.
