摘要
盆栽试验以宽叶泽苔草(Caldesia grandis Samuelsson)为材料,采用500μmol·L-1 Cd、500μmol·L-1Cr、500μmol·L-1 Pb、1 000μmol·L-1 Cu溶液处理,研究重金属胁迫对宽叶泽苔草生长、重金属及养分吸收的影响.结果表明:宽叶泽苔草对重金属毒害具有很强的抗性,各种重金属胁迫下植株地上部并未表现出失绿或坏死等中毒症状;重金属Cd、Cr、Pb和Cu处理,分别显著提高根和地上部茎叶中Cd2+、Cr6+、Pb2+和Cu2+质量分数;Cu处理显著增加植株Mn2+质量分数,减少地上部Fe3+质量分数;Pb处理显著增加根系Mn2+质量分数;但对Zn2+质量浓度无显著影响.相关分析表明,植株地上部中Fe3+和Mn2+呈显著负相关,而Mn2+和Cu2+呈显著正相关;地下部中Pb2+与Mn2+呈显著正相关,Cr6+与Zn2+呈显著负相关.
Greenhouse pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of 500 μmol·L-1 Cd,500 μmol·L-1 Cr,500 μmol·L-1 Pb and 1 000 μmol·L-1 Cu stress on growth and heavy metal uptake and translocation of Caldesia grandis after 25 days exposure.The Cd2+,Cr6+,Pb2+,Cu2+,Fe3+,Mn2+ and Zn2+ concentrations in shoots/roots were determined using a flame atomic absorption spectrometry with dry ashing method.Caldesia grandis showed high tolerance to Cd2+,Cr6+,Pb2+,Cu2+ toxicity with no visual toxic symptom under Cd2+,Cr6+,Pb2+,Cu2+ stress,although the uptake and accumulation of the heavy metals were significantly increased compared with control.As compared with control,there was no statistical difference in Fe3+,Mn2+,Cu2+ and Zn2+ concentration in both shoots and roots under Cd2+ or Cr6+ stress.Pb2+ addition significantly reduced Fe3+ concentration but increased Mn2+ concentration in roots.There was significant decrease in shoots Fe3+ but increase in shoots/roots Mn2+ concentration under Cu2+ stress.Correlation analysis showed that Fe3+ and Mn2+ had significant negative correlation,but Mn2+ content was synergetic with Cu2+ content in shoots.In roots,Pb2+ and Mn2+ showed significant positive correlation and Cr6+ and Zn2+ showed negative correlation.
