摘要
山药为薯蓣科薯蓣属植物,具有药用和食用价值,其主要化学成分为多糖、环肽类和腺苷类化合物。其中多糖类化合物具有广泛的生物活性和药理作用。文章对近年来山药的化学成分和生物活性的研究进行了综述。
Dioscorea opposita Thunb.is classified in Yam family and yam genus, which was used for medicinal and food value. The main chemical composition in Dioscorea opposita Thunb. including polysaccharides, peptides and cyclic adenosine compounds. The polysaccharide compound having a wide range of biological activity and pharmacological effects. In this paper, recent research on the chemical composition and biological activity of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.were reviewed.
