摘要
为提高动车组司机和随车机械师应对途中制动系统突发故障的能力,提出一种虚拟维修系统.系统运用3DS MAX建模软件实现模型的构建,运用VRML中的基础节点,实现了场景中模型的层次结构,从而构建了虚拟环境中的场景模型.运用Java Script节点,实现了虚拟环境下维修操作的人机交互技术.运用Delphi7搭建系统平台,构建一个生动直观的虚拟维修系统.最后通过CRH5型动车组制动系统紧急制动不缓解故障虚拟维修过程,验证了该系统的可行性.
In order to improve the ability of the driver and mechanic of EMU to response sudden breakdown on the way, a virtual fault handing system was presented. The model is established by using software 3 DS MAX to make the model structure in scene by using the basic nodes in VRML( Virtual Reality Modeling Language) and constructing the model in scene in virtual environment. It makes the human-computer interaction technique of maintain operation in virtual environment by using JavaScript node. System platform is built with DelphiT. A virtual maintenance system is contructed. Finally, feasibility of the system was verified by virtual process in fault of emergency brake nor ease in the braking system of type CRH5 EMU.
