摘要
通过在维修仿真中引入虚拟人,可以显著提高场景的逼真性、真实感。基于虚拟人的几何建模与动作控制技术,设计实现了一个虚拟人动作数据库(VHAD),自下而上由基本动素层、维修动素层和动作单元层组成。基于动作库,进而设计并实现了一个面向维修训练用途的虚拟维修训练系统(VMTS),并针对装甲车辆动力系统更换进行了实例验证,仿真结果表明该系统能够有效地加快维修过程的创建,改善了人机界面的交互性能,提高了虚拟人的智能程度,基本满足了维修训练的要求。
It's a popular way to introduce virtual human into computer-based maintenance simulation,which can effectively improve reality and dimension degree of simulation scene.Based on virtual human's geometry modeling and motion control technologies,a Virtual Human's Action Database(VHAD) is designed and realizes.The VHAD has a hierarchical architecture mainly consisted of basic motion element level,maintenance motion element level and action unit level. Based on the VHAD,a Virtual Maintenance Training System(VMTS) is designed and realized,which can be used on applications of maintenance training.A demonstrations about engine replacement of armored vehicle is conducted to testify effectiveness and usability of the system.Experiment results show that the system can be used to accelerate simulation and animation of maintenance task,improve interactivity of human-computer interface,and bring up virtual human's intelligence degree.In brief,the system is suited for applications of maintenance training applications.
