摘要
火针是灵枢九针之一,是从伏義氏“九针”中的“大针”发展而来,单用或结合其他疗法广泛应用于临床疾病治疗,效果明显。“岭南火针疗法”是广东省非物质文化遗产之一,是根据岭南地区高温多湿的地域特点、人体易阳浮而阴闭、湿热的体质特点而形成的中医外治疗法,其中对于火针针具的创新、特有的操作方法、确切的疗效及广泛的适应症形成了独特的岭南火针疗法。林国华教授结合岭南地区气候湿热、阳盛有余的特点,通过“辨症、辨病、辨经、辨证、辨脏腑”取穴,采用不同的针刺方法、针刺深度及针刺密度,巧用岭南火针疗法对岭南地区湿热气候下的顽疾痼疾进行治疗,疗效确切,使岭南火针疗法逐渐成为火针疗法的重要分支。林国华教授以“火郁发之”为出发点,将火针的功效发挥到“温、通、补、消、清”。现分享林国华教授在临床上应用岭南火针疗法的经验,以期推进岭南火针疗法在临床上的广泛应用。
Fire needling is one of the nine needling methods of Lingshu.It is developed from the“large needling method”in Fuxi′s“nine needling methods”.It is widely used in the treatment of clinical diseases alone or in combination with other therapies,and the effect is obvious.“Lingnan fire needling therapy”is one of the intangible cultural heritages of Guangdong Province.It is a traditional Chinese medicine external treatment therapy formed according to the regional characteristics of high temperature and humidity in Lingnan area,the physical characteristics of human body being prone to Yang floating and Yin closing,and damp-heat.Among them,Lingnan fire needling therapy has formed a unique Lingnan fire needling therapy for the innovation of fire needle tools,unique operation methods,exact curative effects and a wide range of indications.Professor LIN Guohua combined with the characteristics of damp and heat climate and Yang excess in Lingnan area,selected acupoints through“syndrome differentiation,disease differentiation,meridian differentiation,syndrome differentiation and Zang-Fu organs differentiation”,adopted different acupuncture methods,acupuncture depth and acupuncture density,and skillfully used Lingnan fire needling therapy to treat stubborn diseases and chronic diseases in Lingnan area.The curative effect is accurate.Lingnan fire needling therapy has gradually become an important branch of fire needling therapy.Professor LIN Guohua takes“the stagnation of fire”as the starting point and gives full play to the efficacy of fire needling to“warm,dredge,supplement,eliminate and clear”.Now this paper would like to share Professor LIN Guohua’s experience in the clinical application of Lingnan fire needling therapy,in order to promote the wide application of Lingnan fire needling therapy in clinic.
