摘要
目的:观察凉血止血药侧柏叶在温中止血方柏叶汤中的配伍意义。方法:采用饮食失节法建立脾胃虚寒大鼠模型,采用玻片法测定大鼠全血凝血时间;手测测定血小板含量;测定溃疡指数。结果:柏叶汤具有调节大鼠凝血时间的作用,能够提高大鼠血小板计数水平,与模型对照组及柏叶汤去侧柏叶组比较,差异显著(P<0.01),而柏叶汤去侧柏叶组与模型对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。柏叶汤组溃疡指数与模型对照组、柏叶汤去侧柏叶组比较,差异亦显著(P<0.01),而柏叶汤去侧柏叶组与模型对照组比较,差异无统计学意义;柏叶汤组及柏叶汤去侧柏叶组的溃疡抑制率分别为30.43%和4.97%。结论:凉血止血药侧柏叶在柏叶汤中的配伍对脾胃虚寒型胃出血模型大鼠具有缩短凝血时间、提高血小板计数、抑制胃溃疡形成的作用。
Objective: To observe compatibility significance of cacumen platycladi which has the function of removing heat from blood to stop bleeding in formula of warming the middle-energizer to stop bleeding. Methods: The rat model with syndrome of deficiency-cold in the spleen and stomach was established by improper diet method. Blood coagulation time of rats' whole blood was detected by slide method. Platelet content was measured with hands. Ulcer index was also detected. Results: Baiye Decoction could regulate the blood coagulation time in rats and improve the level of platelet count in rats. Differences were statistically significant compared with control group and Baiye Decoction without cacumen platycladi group(P<0.01), but difference was not statistically significant between control group and Baiye Decoction without cacumen platycladi group. The difference of ulcer index in Baiye Decoction group was also statistically significant compared with the other two groups(P<0.01), while difference was not statistically significant between control group and Baiye Decoction without cacumen platycladi group concerning ulcer index. Ulcer inhibition rates in Baiye Decoction group and Baiye Decoction without cacumen platycladi group were 30.43% and 4.97%. Conclusion: Cacumen platycladi which possesses the functions of removing heat from blood to stop bleeding can shorten blood coagulation time of gastrorrhagia model with syndrome of deficiency-cold in the spleen and stomach when combined in Baiye Decoction and improve platelet count as well as inhibit the formation of gastric ulcer.
