摘要
顾庆华教授认为泻下之疾无不由湿,湿性重浊黏滞,多阻遏阳气,常变生瘀毒之邪,更阻阳气之流通。顾教授重视人本阳气的作用,阳气贵夫通。据此理论,顾教授治以通阳为主,在辨证论治的基础上巧妙运用通阳法,用药清灵平正,主以淡渗通阳之品,辅以祛瘀导滞之类,佐以清轻流动之辈,合以补脾温肾之流,终获良效。
Professor Gu Qinghua thinks diarrhoea disease without exception by wet, wet muddy viscosity, mostly hurt the active of Yang, often lead to stasis toxin evil, more resistance Yang Qi circulation. Professor Gu pays attention to the roles of Yang in the body, and Yang Qi emphasized on unobstructed. According to the theory, Professor Gu mainly use activity Yang, treatment based on syndrome differenti- ation, clever use of Tong Yang method, medication Qing Ling Tong Yang, supplemented by removing blood stasis stagnation, and light flow drugs,in order to supplement the spleen,warming kidney, finally get a good effect.
