摘要
通过文献检索和筛选,搜集经典名方、现代医家临床应用经验,探讨香附的临床用药特点:1)用量多为6~15 g。2)根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如香附发挥行气止痛作用,治疗胃痛、头痛、痛经、腰疼等疾病时,常用剂量9~15 g;活血调经治疗不孕症、盆腔炎、闭经、多囊卵巢综合征等疾病时,常用剂量6~15 g。3)临床未有香附不良反应报道,未见明显毒副作用。
Through literature search and screening,the clinical application experience of classic famous prescriptions and modern medical practitioners was collected to explore the clinical characteristics of radix cyclamate:1)Most of the dosage was 6-15 g.2)Seek the best dosage according to the diseases,syndromes and symptoms.For example,when rhizoma cyperi plays the role of promoting qi and relieving pain and treats stomachache,headache,dysmenorrhea,backache and other diseases,the commonly used dosage is 9-15 g;When treating infertility,pelvic inflammatory disease,amenorrhea,polycystic ovary syndrome and other diseases,the commonly used dosage is 6-15 g.3)No adverse reactions were reported in clinic,and no obvious toxic and side effects were observed.Therefore,the clinical dosage of rhizoma cyperi should comprehensively consider various factors such as diseases,syndromes and compatibility,and apply the dosage with diseases,syndromes and compatibility.
