摘要
辨证论治是中医理论的核心,是中医认识和治疗疾病的基本原则,随着现代科技手段的不断提高,原发性高血压中医证候类的客观化研究逐渐深入。回顾近年来原发性高血压中医证类客观化的研究概况,对聚类分析、因子分析、决策树、神经网络、贝叶斯网络、支持向量机、文献分析、系统评价、Logistic回归分析等数据挖掘方法进行综述,为原发性高血压中医辨证论治提供客观依据,并提出目前研究所存在的问题。
Dialectical treatment is the core of traditional Chinese medicine theory,and it is the basic principle of Chinese medicine to recognize and treat diseases.With the continuous improvement of modern scientific and technological methods,TCM syndromes of essential hypertension(EH)have been widely studied.This article reviews the overview of the objective research of EH TCM syndromes in recent years,and summarizes it based on multiple data mining methods,including cluster analysis,factor analysis,decision trees,neural networks,Bayesian networks,support vector machines,literature analysis,systems Evaluation,Logistic regression analysis,etc.,which provides objective evidence for EH TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and raises the existing problems in the current research.
