摘要
目的探讨六味地黄丸联合四妙丸治疗慢性腰痛(CLBP)阴虚湿热证的临床疗效。方法将64例慢性腰痛患者随机分为2组各32例,治疗组采用六味地黄丸联合四妙丸治疗,对照组采用西药常规治疗。分别观察用药3个疗程后的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.63%,对照组总有效率68.75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组CLBP患者疼痛分级平均降低(4.32±0.98)分,对照组平均降低(2.68±0.83)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论六味地黄丸联合四妙丸治疗慢性腰痛阴虚湿热症有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Liu-wei Di-huang Pill combined with Si-miao Pill in the treatment of chronic low back pain（shorted for CLBP）.Methods 64 patients with CLBP were divided into two groups randomly.32 patients in the treatment group were treated with Liu-wei Di-huang Pill combined with Si-miao Pill,and the control group received routine western medicine therapy.Their clinical curative effects were compared after three sessions.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%,while 68.75%of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between that of the two groups（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,pain grade of patients with CLBP in the treatment group decreased by an average of（4.32±0.98）,while（2.68±0.83） in the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between that of the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion For the yin-deficiency and damp-heat syndrome in patients with chronic low back pain,Liu-wei Dihuang Pill combined with Si-miao Pill has significant effect.
