摘要
新医改背景下,如何加强医院人才队伍建设,如何吸引并引进更多的优秀医学毕业生到医疗机构工作,这既是医院人事制度改革、也是医院人才队伍建设的关键环节。该研究立足于持续改进医院人才队伍建设,尝试对基于胜任能力模式的医院人才队伍建设进行了系统分析,侧重阐述了胜任力、胜任力模式等基本理论,并提出了基于胜任能力的医院人才队伍素质结构以及创新人才培养的对策。
Under the background of new medical reform, how to strengthen the construction of hospital personnel, how to attract and introduce more outstanding medical graduates to work, this is not only the hospital personnel system reform, but also the key link in the construction of hospital personnel. Based on the continuous improvement of the construction of hos-pital personnel, this paper attempts to analyze the construction of the hospital personnel based on competency model, focus-ing on the basic theory of competency and competency model, and puts forward the Countermeasures of hospital personnel quality structure and innovative talents cultivation based on competency.
