摘要
目前,我国已经逐步进入老龄化社会,失能老人的数量骤增,失能老人的照护问题已逐步引起各界的重视,失能老人长期照护人员的开发成了研究的重点。失能老人长期照护人员呈现出供需不平衡的现状,综合分析国内针对失能老人长期照护人员研究的相关资料,期望通过借鉴相关的先进经验和对策,为缓解照护人员供需不平衡的问题提供有益帮助。
At present,China has gradually entered the aging society,and the number of disabled elders increases rapidly. The problem of care for them has gradually aroused the attention from all walks of life,and long- term care has become the focus of study. Long- term nursing staff for disabled elders is in great demands.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of domestic literature related to care for disabled elders,hoping to ease the problem by referring to the advanced experience and countermeasures.
