摘要
目的研究护理质量评价在中医护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取100名护理人员作为研究对象,分析护理质量评价在中医护理管理中的应用效果,比较实施护理质量评价体系前后的护理质量评分。结果实施护理质量评分法前,护理质量的综合评分为(80.56±3.16)分,实施护理质量评分法后,护理质量的综合评分为(98.29±4.93)分,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医护理管理中,通过使用护理质量评价法,可以有效提升护理人员的专业水平与护理质量,值得临床推广应用[1]。
Objective To study the application value of nursing quality evaluation in nursing management of TCM. Methods 100 cases of nursing staff were selected as the research objects, and the effect of nursing quality evaluation in nursing management of TCM were ana-lyzed. The nursing quality scores before and after implementing nursing quality evaluation was compared. Results Before the implementation of the nursing quality, the nursing quality score was（ 80.56 ＋ 3.16）, after the implementation of the nursing quality, the nursing quality comprehensive score was（ 98.29 ＋ 4.93） points, and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the nursing management of TCM, the nursing quality evaluation method can effectively improve the professional level of nursing staff and nursing quality, and it is worthy of clinical application.
