摘要
目的探索构建以临床需求为导向的中医护理质量评价体系,科学、客观、规范地评价中医护理质量。方法采用专家访谈、文献分析法构建中医护理质量指标体系的初步框架,运用Delphi法对该指标体系进行函询论证。结果通过两轮专家函询,最终构建了以临床需求为导向的中医护理质量指标体系,其中5个一级指标、12个二级指标、42个三级指标。结论中医护理质量指标架构模型可信度较高,突出了中医护理质量、人力管理、质量管理、临床实践、护理效果等以临床需求为导向的评价指标,能客观、全面地评价中医护理质量。
Objective To construct a clinical demand oriented Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing quality index system to reach a scientific, ob- jective and standardized evaluation of TCM nursing quality. Methods Expert interview and literature review were used to build the preliminary framework of TCM nursing quality index system, and Delphi method was used to screen the items. Results The clinical demand oriented TCM nursing quality index system was eventually formed through two rounds of expert enquiries,which included 5 first - level indexes, 12 second - level indexes and 42 items. Conclusion The quality index system has a high reliability and highlights the clinical demand oriented evaluation index of TCM nursing quality, human management, quality man- agement, clinical practice and nursing effects, which can make an objective and comprehensive evaluation of nursing quality of TCM.
