摘要
分析了燃油箱托架的冲孔工艺,利用零件的不规则形状解决了其定位问题,并通过斜楔机构解决了移动定位块、零件的斜冲孔、冲孔毛刺卡在凹模内影响制件取出等问题,介绍了模具工作过程。该模具有一定特色,可供同类零件的模具设计参考。
The piercing process of a fuel tank bracket was analyzed. The position of workpiece was solved by using its irregular shape dexterously and the problem of mobile positioning block, oblique punching and the punching burr was stuck in the die influencing product removal were solved by using the wedge mechanism flexibly. The die work process was presented and its structure has certain characteristics.
