摘要
以某型号汽车加强板为对象进行了冲压工艺分析,基于UG 7.5三维造型软件设计了一副汽车加强板联合工装模具,重点介绍了模具结构设计思路及其试模与生产过程。经生产验证,模具结构设计合理,运动准确可靠,零件质量符合客户要求,表明联合工装模具具有制造成本低,生产效率高的优点,能有效地降低企业整车开发制造成本及周期。
The stamping process of a automobile reinforcing plate was analyzed and a set of die was designed by UG 7.5 software. The design idea of the die structure and debug- ging and production process of die were mainly presented. It was verified by production that the die structure was reasonable and it operated reliably, and the products conformed to the requirements of customers.
