摘要
源语方言是翻译问题产生的原因之一,方言翻译研究是翻译学路线图中问题导向的纯翻译研究的内容。通过文献梳理可见,国外目前多是基于双语文学叙事语料,归纳方言翻译策略规范的描写性研究;国内则主要为针对方言翻译案例的批评-解释性研究。尽管翻译策略是目前研究所关注的重点,但对于方言翻译的策略选择过程仍鲜有系统的理论解释。活动理论是解析社会活动及其实现过程的一种哲学框架,而方言翻译本身也是一种社会活动,故此基于该理论,可构建一条探究方言翻译决策过程的新途径。
Dialectal expressions in source texts are one of the factors posing translation problems.The researches into dialect translation may pave way to constructing problem-restricted translation theories.It is discovered that most of the current western studies on the topic concerned are of literary corpus-based descriptive research generalizing the normalized dialect translation strategies and procedures,and that the domestic studies mainly deal with the critical-interpretive evaluation of dialect translation cases.Evidently,the process of translators' strategic decision-making in dialect translation remains a key topic yet to be explored in this field of translation studies.As dialect translation is one type of social activities and Activity theory is a philosophical framework to analyze the actualization process of social activities,we can,in light of this framework,work out a new research approach to the process of dialect translation strategy-selection.
