摘要
工程教育专业认证是针对高校开展的一种以培养目标和毕业要求为导向的评价,开展工程教育专业认证有利于完善工程教育质量监控体系,推进工程教育改革,提高工程教育质量。教学是高校人才培养的重要途径,为了保证人才培养工作的顺利进行,教务工作尤显重要。通过对认证工作流程、标准和教务基本职责的对比分析,指出工程教育专业认证中教务工作和教务人员面临的挑战,并给出相应的应对策略。
Professional certification in engineering education is a kind of evaluation based on training objectives and graduation requirements.It is helpful to improve the quality monitoring system of engineering education,promote the reform of engineering education,and improve the quality of engineering education.Teaching is an important way to cultivate talents in colleges and universities.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the personnel training,the educational administration work is especially important.Through the comparison and analysis of the process,the standard and the basic functions of the educational administration,the paper points out the challenges facing the educational administration work and the educational administration personnel and gives the corresponding countermeasures.
