摘要
学习动力是推动学习不断前进,激励学习行为持久并达到预定目标的学习作用力;从高职院校学生学习动力的现状出发,探讨影响高职学生学习动力的因素,并尝试从学校层面、社会家庭层面、学生自身等层面提出增强高职学生学习动力的对策。
Learning motivation is to promote learning,motivate learning behavior and achieve the goal.In this paper,the author will research the present situation,the influence factors and the counter-measures,in order to provide reference for the researcher and educational workers.
