摘要
合成了一种基于希夫碱型噻二唑(A)的氟离子比色探讨,通过紫外吸收光谱方法研究了其与阴离子的相互作用,实验显示,探针A对F&有高选择性的灵敏响应:乙腈溶液中F&引入,探针A吸收光谱发生显著红移,溶液的颜色由黄色变为红色;其它离子(Cl&、Br&、I&、H2PO&4、HSO&4、CH3CO2&、ClO&4)加入,探针A吸收光谱及溶液颜色几乎不变。结果表明,探针A对氟离子显示出高选择、高灵敏的识别性能。
A kind of thiadiazole derivative with Schiff-base group(A)was designed and synthesized for the colorimetric recognition of fluoride anion.The interaction mechanism between A and anions was investigated via UV-vis absorption spectrum.The result showed that the maximum absorption peak of probe A red shifted obviously in the presence of F-in acetonitrile,with the solution colour changing from yellow to red.Other relevant anions,i.e.Cl、Br、I、H2PO4、HSO4、CH3CO2、ClO4,made the spectrum and the colour of probe A negligible change.Probe A is a promising colorimetric sensor for F?recognition with high selectivity and excellent sensitivity.
