摘要
合成了3种2-羟基萘甲醛苯腙衍生物[1~3;取代基R:H(1),p-NO2(2),2,4-d-NO2(3)],应用紫外-可见吸收光谱研究了其与阴离子的相互作用,通过改变N′-苯环取代基考察了受体分子对阴离子亲合力和选择性的影响.结果表明,乙腈中F-及CH3COO-等阴离子使受体分子吸收光谱发生显著变化,溶液的颜色由黄色变为蓝色或红色,其中受体分子2对F-表现出高选择性灵敏响应,是裸眼检测氟离子的优良传感分子.在受体分子3的乙腈溶液中引入水可以改变其识别阴离子的选择性,该受体在5%H2O-95%CH3CN(体积分数)的介质中仅对F-有响应,据此,受体分子3有望成为含水溶液中裸眼识别氟离子的新探针.
Three 2-hydroxy naphthaldehyde phenyl hydrazone derivatives were designed and synthesized[1—3;substituent R: H(1),p-NO2(2),2,4-d-NO2(3)].The interaction between as-synthesized compounds and anions was investigated by means of UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,and the effects of the affinity and selectivity of receptors to anions were also studied by changing the N′-substituted groups of benzene ring.The results show that absorption spectra of receptors were red-shifted significantly in acetonitrile solution containing F-and CH3COO-,and a clear color change was observed from yellow to blue or red in acetonitrile solution.The receptor molecule 2 has high selectivity and sensitivity response to F-and will promise to a good sensing molecule in detection of F-by naked eye.The recognition selectivity of receptor molecule 3 to anion could be changed through adding water in acetonitrile solution,and receptor molecule 3 only recognizes F-in 5%H2O-95% CH3CN(volume fraction) solution.So receptor molecule 3 is expected to become a new system which can recognize F-by naked eyes in aqueous solution.
