摘要
共病是慢性病及老年患者人群突出的健康问题之一,对于患者的临床决策、预后及疾病管理均具有重要意义。本文介绍共病的概念、形式及其与多病共存的区别与联系,在此基础上阐述共病对个体死亡率、生存年限、卫生服务利用等方面的影响,并对常用的共病评估工具进行文献考察与述评,展望今后共病及共病指数研究的方向,以期为今后共病及共病评估工具相关研究提供基础资料。
Comorbidity, being of significance for clinical decision, prognosis, and disease management, is one of the urgent health problems for chronic disease patients and older adults. In the article, the concept, types of comorbidity and the differences and connections between comorbidity and co-existence of multiple diseases were discussed, and the influ- ences of comorbidity on mortality, survival years, and health service utilization were summarized. In addition, commonly used comorbidity indexes were reviewed and commented. The problems to be solved in future research concerning on comorbidity were pointed out. The present review provides basic information for the study on comorbidity and comorbidity index.
