摘要
随着信息化快速发展和普及,关键信息基础设施在国民经济和社会发展中的基础性、重要性、战略性地位日益突出,关键信息基础设施的安全可靠运行事关人们的生命财产安全、经济社会的稳定运行乃至国家安全。深入研究国外对关键基础设施保护的重要和最新措施,梳理我国对关键信息基础设施的安全保护现状,并提出相应的具体举措建议。
With the rapid development and popular- ization of information technology, the importance and strategic position of critical information infrastructure has become increasingly prominent in the national e- conomy and social development. The safe operation of critical information infrastructure is closely related to people＇s life and property safety, the stable operation of the economic and social, and even national security. This paper studies the important and recent measures on critical infrastructure protection of other countries. In addition, this paper reviews the current situation of the critical information infrastructure protection in our country, and proposes the specific initiatives sugges- tions.

丰诗朵：中国信息通信研究院信息通信安全研究所工程师，硕士，从事数据安全、中外网络安全法律比较等方面的研究。负责和参与了多项网络安全政策制定、工信部等政府部门的项目和课题研究以及运营商项目，多次在法学核心期刊发表学术文章。
赵爽：中国信息通信研究院信息通信安全研究所工程师，硕士，主要从事网络与信息安全产业、网络安全战略政策、通信网络安全防护等方面的研究。
李强：中国信息通信研究院信息通信安全研究所工程师，博士，主要从事云安全、物联网安全、工业互联网安全等方面的研究工作。负责起草多项通信网络安全标准，以第一作者在国内外发表多篇论文。
