摘要
针对高校仪器设备管理的特点以及其中存在的问题,结合软件工程和项目管理的理论,设计并开发了一套基于B/S架构的仪器设备信息化管理系统。该系统结构清晰、功能完善,通过打通多个部门间的信息壁垒,实现了相关数据的整合与交互,简化了资产管理流程,方便了全校师生的使用。未来,在引入移动互联网和物联网技术后,系统功能将得到进一步扩展。
According to the characteristics and the existing problems of instrument and equipment management in universities,by combining with the theory of software engineering and project management,an information administration system based on B / S structure was designed and developed. The system had clear structure and held fully functions. By the system,the barriers among several departments were broken,and the data integration and interaction between different departments were achieved,and the processes of the assets administration were simplified. It made easier to use for the teachers and students in universities. In the near future,after the introduction of the mobile Internet and Internet of things,the system functions will be further expanded.
