摘要
能源互联网是能源和互联网深度融合的结果,是当前国内外学术界和产业界的关注焦点和创新前沿,可能颠覆传统的能源行业。剖析了能源互联网提出和发展的驱动力,包括环境、经济、社会、技术和政策等方面。梳理了国内外能源互联网的发展历程,评述了所提出的不同的能源互联网概念,这些概念分别侧重全球电力互联、侧重多种能源耦合和侧重能源信息融合。认为能源互联网是能源网和互联网深度融合的产物,能够包容现有的概念,但具有更深刻的内涵。其中,开放是其核心理念,互联网理念和技术的深度融入是其核心特征,能源系统的类互联网化和互联网+是其基本架构。提出了能源互联网系统层面若干基础科学问题。能源互联网的发展将有力促进能源的市场化、高效化和绿色化,并使能源这一庞大的传统行业成为万众创新创业的沃土。
Energy internet, the results of integration of the energy system and the internet, is the focus and innovation cutting edge of the contemporary international academic and industrial area. It will have disruptive effects on the traditional energy system and the energy industry. The driving force for the raise and development of energy internet is analyzed from environmental, economic, social, technical and policy aspects. This paper surveys the domestic and international development of energy internet, and reviews a variety of energy internet concepts. These concepts emphasize global electric energy interconnection, or multi-energy coupling or energy information integration respectively, and have a gap from the ideal energy internet. This paper regards energy internet as the results of integration of the energy system and the internet, inclusive existing concepts but with more profound contents. The key idea of energy internet is openness and the key feature is the deep integration of the internet ideas and technologies. The basic architecture includes "internet-like energy system" and "internet+". Several basic science problems of energy internet in the system level are proposed. The development of energy internet will effectively promote the energy market, efficiency and greenization, and make the large traditional energy industry a fertile ground for people's innovation and entrepreneurship.
