Y型分子筛晶胞参数对其酸性及活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以NaY型分子筛为原料,采用二交二焙工艺,制备出不同晶胞参数的HY型和LaY型分子筛。借助X射线衍射仪、X射线荧光光谱仪、氨气程序升温脱附仪、吡啶吸附红外光谱仪等手段对二者性质进行了表征;另外,以轻质柴油为原料,对其微反活性进行了评价。结果表明,随着焙烧温度的升高,HY型和LaY型分子筛的晶胞参数、相对结晶度和总酸量逐渐减小,B酸量降低,L酸量则存在最大值。LaY型分子筛的微反活性高于HY型,当二者晶胞参数分别为2.445,2.448 nm时,微反活性均达到最大值,二者分别为70%,71%。 HY and LaY cell sizes were prepared zeolites with different unit with NaY zeolites as raw material by a double - exchange double - calcination method. Both the zeolites were characterized by X - ray diffractometer, X - ray fluorescence spectrome- tee,ammonia temperature programmed adsorption in- strument, pyridine adsorption IR spectrometer. The microreactor activity was evaluated with the light diesel oil as raw material. The results showed that with increasing the calcination temperature, the unit cell sizes, relative crystallinity and the total acid a-mount of HY and LaY zeolites reduced gradually. Framework dealumination of zeolites prompted unit cell size shrinkage, which decreased the amount of Bronsted acid site and increased that of Lewis acid site. The microreactor activity of LaY was higher than that of HY. When the unit cell sizes of HY and LaY were 2. 445,2. 448 nm, the microreactor activity of both zeolites reached the maximum of 70% ,71% respectively.
