小晶粒Y分子筛气相超稳化方法研究 被引量:3

STUDY ON GAS PHASE HYPERSTABILIZATION OF SMALL CRYSTALL SIZE Y ZEOLITE

摘要 为了解决小晶粒Y分子筛热稳定性及水热稳定性较差的问题,以不同粒径NaY分子筛为原料,采用SiCl4气相超稳化方法制备超稳Y分子筛,考察不同粒径及不同硅铝比对Y分子筛物化性质、微反活性及水热稳定性的影响。结果表明:采用SiCl4气相超稳化法对分子筛进行脱铝补硅,可以大幅提高小晶粒Y分子筛的水热稳定性;粒径约700 nm、晶胞常数大于2.440 nm的小晶粒超稳Y分子筛在800℃、4 h、100%水蒸气条件下水热老化处理后,其酸性、相对结晶保留度与常规粒径的气相超稳Y分子筛相当。由于小晶粒超稳Y分子筛具有更丰富的外表面活性中心,更有利于无法扩散到分子筛孔内的大分子进行反应,1,3,5-三异丙基苯的反应结果表明,其转化率比在常规粒径超稳Y分子筛上提高15~23百分点。 In order to solve the problem of poor thermal stability and hydrothermal stability of small crystal size Y zeolite,the USY zeolites were prepared by SiCl4 gas phase hyperstabilization using different particle size NaY zeolites as raw materials.The effects of different particle size and different silicon-aluminum ratios on physicochemical properties,MAT activity and hydrothermal stability of Y zeolite were investigated.The results showed that the hydrothermal stability of small crystal size Y zeolite could be greatly improved by the SiCl4 gas phase hyperstabilization where the skeleton aluminum was substituted by silicon.After the hydrothermal treatment at 800℃,4 h,100%steam,the crystallinity retention and acid properties of small crystal stablized Y zeolite with crystal size about 700 nm and crystal lattice constant over 2.440 nm were similar to those of gaseous stablized traditional Y zeolite.Since small crystal zeolites had much more active centers on the external surface,leading the large molecular,which could hardly diffuse into the zeolite canal,more conducive to react.The conversion of 1,3,5-triisopropylbenzene could increase 15-23 percentage points on the SiCl4 stabilized Y zeolite with small crystal size,compared with gaseous stablized ordinary Y zeolite.
