摘要
目的观察视觉训练对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者的康复护理效果。方法纳入80例脑卒中后认知功能障碍的患者,随机分为实验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组进行常规康复护理,实验组在对照组的基础上加用视觉训练,每次30min,每周5次,共4周。在干预前及干预4周后,分别采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment scale,MoCA)进行测评。结果4周后,实验组在注意与集中、执行功能、记忆、视结构技能、抽象思维、计算、定向力及总标准分8项中较干预前评分提高(P<0.01);对照组在执行功能、视结构技能、抽象思维及总标准分4项中较干预前评分提高(P<0.05);实验组各单项评分及总标准分均较对照组评分显著提高(P<0.05)。结论视觉训练可改善脑卒中患者的认知功能。
Objective To explore rehabilitative nursing effects of visual training on cognitive dysfunction among patients with stroke. Methods A total of 80 stroke patients with cognitive dysfunction were divided into the con- trol group(n=40) and the experimental group(n=40). The control group received conventional rehabilitative nursing, and the experimental group received additional visual training,once per day,30 rain each time,five times per week for 4 weeks. Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MOCA) was used to evaluate functions before and 4 weeks after intervention. Results The attention and concentration, executive function, memory, visual skills, abstract thinking, calculation,directional force and total standard score significantly increased for the experimental group(P〈0.01);after 4-week intervention,the executive function,visual skills,abstract thinking and total standard score significantly increased for the control group(P〈0.05);scores of each item and total standard score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05 ). Conclusion Visual training can improve cognitive function of patients with stroke.
