摘要
肺炎是小儿常见的肺部疾患,其中支原体肺炎约占呼吸道感染疾病的20%,且近年有不断上升趋势。西医治疗以红霉素为首选,但随着抗生素的广泛应用,抗生素的不良反应及耐药菌株增多,临床疗效受到一定影响。中医药以其独特的治疗优势受到越来越多医家的重视,众多医家开始研究中医的病因与病机,运用中医理论辨证治疗小儿支原体肺炎,取得良好疗效。
Pneumonia is a common pediatric lung disorders,including mycoplasma pneumonia about disease of respira-tory tract infection in 20% ,and in recent years,with the rising trend. Western medicine treatment with erythromycin is preferred,but with the wide use of antibiotics,increase the side effects of the antibiotics and the drug resistant strains, the clinical efficacy has been affected. But the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine with its unique advantage is valued by more and more physicians,many physicians began the study of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,and has achieved good results.
