摘要文章在概括国外图书馆电子期刊大宗交易困境的基础之上,调研分析具有代表性的俄勒冈大学和南伊利诺伊大学卡本代尔分校图书馆应对电子期刊采购困境的实践,包括退出大宗交易、新的期刊交易方案及其影响,提出我国图书馆应对电子期刊采购困境的思路。 Based on the outline of the e-journal acquisition dilemma of foreign libraries,this paper discusses the practices in library of UO（University of Oregon） and library of SIUC（University of Minnesota-Morris）,including strategies for pulling out of big deal,new subscription models and their influences. Then it provides some countermeasures for the e-journal acquisition dilemma in Chinese libraries.
