摘要
学术期刊的数字化生产、传播与利用,在我国形成了日益复杂的产业链条与利益主体。由"独家授权"问题带来的争议,促使我们重新梳理数字化学术期刊的产业链条,探索合作各方的共赢模式。内容提供商、服务提供商、技术提供商构成了产业链的主要节点,制度供给模式、技术实现模式、个性化服务模式配套实施,才可能实现产业链上各个节点之间的合作共赢。
Digital publication, dissemination and use of academic journals have become the industry chain and benefit main body. Disputes over the Exclusive License Agreement made us reorganize the industry chain of digital publication of academic journals as well as search for win - win modes among cooperators. Content providers, service providers and technology providers have become the main links of the chain. Only if we apply institutional providing mode, technology realization mode and individuation service mode coordinately, can we achieve the cooperation and win - win objectives of different links of the industry chain.
