摘要
大学理念是人们对于大学本质及职能进行哲学思考的认识结晶,通过不断的吐故纳新来实现自我的超越与发展是其生存发展的固有逻辑。多元大学理念的不变逻辑就是人们对大学本质的守望与传承。《现代大学论》是弗莱克斯纳在已有大学理念基础上,对当时代大学进行主动觉解的认知体现。我国大学模仿借鉴程度高,自我发展程度低,在现代大学制度建设过程中必须以本土化的大学理念作支撑、高度重视学术自由,不断提高人文学科地位,才能最终形成特色鲜明,类型多样的大学生态。
Ideas of the university refer to diversified thoughts people have about the nature and functions of a university. It is through constant innovation and self-transcendence that the university has maintained its vitality and growth. In Universities： American,English,German,Abraham Flexner presented his ideas of the university based on both historical and contemporary context. To promote the development of modern universities in China,it is necessary for us to establish localized conceptions of the university,attach greater importance to academic freedom and enhance the status of the humanities in the university.
