恶性肿瘤化疗患者糖化血红蛋白和空腹血糖观察 被引量:2

Observation of Glycated Hemoglobin and Fasting Blood Glucose of Patients with Malignant Tumor receiving Chemotherapy

摘要 目的分析化疗对于恶性肿瘤患者的糖化血红蛋白以及空腹血糖的影响。方法选取该院2010年1月—2013年4月间收治的60例恶性肿瘤化疗患者,其中13例患者合并有糖尿病病史。对化疗前以及首次化疗后患者的空腹血糖以及糖化血红蛋白变化进行分析。结果无糖尿病患者进行化疗后共有24例患者出现高血糖,发生率为51.06%。13例出现糖化血红蛋白升高,发生率为27.65%。化疗后有11例患者被确诊为糖尿病。对糖尿病患者进行化疗后8例糖化血红蛋白水平升高,糖尿病患者以及无糖尿病患者在首次化疗后糖化血红蛋白水平均明显高于化疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对恶性肿瘤患者在进行化疗期间部分患者的空腹血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平均出现不同程度的升高,对于糖化血红蛋白以及空腹血糖的检测有利于早期确诊糖尿病。 Objective To analyze the influence of chemotherapy on fasting blood glucose as well as glycated hemoglobin of patients with malignant tumor. Method 60 cases of cancer patients receiving chemotherapy in our hospital between January 2010 and April 2013 were selected, among which 13 cases of patients were with a history of diabetes. The changes of fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemo- globin of patients before chemotherapy and the first time after chemotherapy were analyzed. Results Af- ter chemotherapy, hyperglycemic state occurred in 24 patients without diabetes, for which the occurrence rate was 51.06%. Elevated glycated hemoglobin occurred in 13 cases of patients, for which the rate was 27.65%. After chemotherapy, 11 patients were diagnosed with diabetes. The glycated hemoglobin levels of high blood sugar were elevated in 8 cases of patients with diabetes after chemotherapy. The glycated hemoglobin levels of both diabetic and non-diabetic patients after initial chemotherapy were significantly higher than those before chemotherapy. The difference has statistical significance, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Because different degrees of elevation of fasting plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels occur in patients with malignant tumors during chemotherapy, detection of glycated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose testing is conducive to early diagnosis of diabetes.
