摘要
为了研究空间辐射环境及其对电子产品的辐射效应,并支持航天电子产品的设计、开发和研制,开展空间辐射效应监视分析与应用系统的研究与构建。通过数据采集处理子系统、数据展示子系统、单粒子效应预计子系统和辐射剂量评估子系统的设计,实现了对近地轨道空间辐射环境的监视和展示,并进而实现了单粒子效应的定量预计和总剂量效应的评估,为空间环境探测、电子产品空间适应性评估以及国产电子元器件在轨实验验证提供了有力支持。
In order to study the space radiation environment and its effects on electronic products, and give support to aerospace electronic product design,exploitation and manufacture, space radiation effect surveillance analysis and applica- tion system are studied and constructed. Through the design of data collection and processing subsystem, data display sub- system,single event effect estimate subsystem and radiation dose evaluation subsystem, near-earth orbit space environment surveillance and displayarerealized, and single event effect quantificational estimation and total dose effect evaluation are a- chieved, which give support to space environment exploration,electronic product space adaptability evaluation and domesti- cally produced electronic component on-orbit validation.
