摘要
结合航天应用需求和数字信号处理器的特点,对宇航用元器件评估试验的方法和项目开展了研究,提出了一种针对数字信号处理器的评估试验方法,并通过评估试验验证了该方法的有效性。
The test method and items for assessment of space components are investigated based on the requirements of space application and the characteristic of digital signal processor. A method of assessment test of digital signal processor is proposed. And the validity of the method is validated by the assessment test.
