摘要
根据压滤机的分类及特点,介绍了压滤机的结构、操作参数及其工作原理,概述了压滤机的发展历程及应用,包括压滤机的"心脏"——过滤介质。指出压滤机将向设备大型化、智能化发展;可通过新材料、纤维改性和等离子技术研发新型过滤介质,强化过滤介质在压滤过程中的作用。
After introducing the classification and features of the filter press, the paper summarized its structure, operating parameters and working principle, as well as outlined its development and application, including the filter medium which was the heart of the filter press. In addition, it pointed out the filter press would developed to large and intelligent one, as well as new material, fiber modification and plasma technology could be applied to develop new filter medium, so as to enhance the effects of the filter medium.
