摘要
本文首先分析了安徽生产性服务业发展现状,进而运用SUPER-SBM模型测度了考虑能源、经济与污染排放约束的安徽区域经济可持续发展能力,通过构建包括安徽生产性服务业发展水平、区域经济可持续发展能力及其控制变量的面板数据模型,由回归分析得出:地区经济发展水平、第二产业比重、交通运输、仓储和邮政业、金融业与安徽区域经济可持续发展水平关联不显著,服务业占比、批发零售业发展水平有助于安徽区域经济可持续发展能力的提升。
The paper analyses the current development of productive service industry in Anhui Province. Further more, based on SUPER-SBM model, the paper calculates the economic sustainable development level of Anhui province by considering the constraint of pollution emission. Finally, using economic sustainable development level and extension data of it＇s affecting factors to construct a panel data model. Through panel data regression analysis we can gain some conclusions： regional economic development level, industry ratio, transportation, warehousing and postal service can＇t pass the significant test. Service ration and wholesale and retail industry can promote economic sustainable development of Anhui province.
