摘要 [目的]观察中医分阶段治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将86例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组43例阿莫西林，1g/次，2次/d；克拉霉素，0.5g/次，2次/d。治疗组43例中医分阶段治疗，第一阶段15d，化湿理气汤（苍术12g，厚朴、藿香、陈皮、枳壳、黄芩、槟榔各10g，黄连酒、豆蔻各6g，大黄5g，吴茱萸3g）；第二阶段16~90d，健脾养胃汤（石见穿、谷芽各15g，党参20g，姜半夏10g，甘草炙9g，陈皮10g，茯苓15g，佛手、木香各10g，砂仁9g），1剂/d，水煎200mL，早晚口服。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、黏膜面积、幽门杆菌转阴率、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效31例，有效11例，无效1例，总有效率97.67%。对照组显效17例，有效16例，无效10例，总有效率76.64%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.01）。幽门杆菌转阴率治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。[结论]分阶段治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性疗效满意，无严重不良反应，值得推广。 [Objective]To observe the phases pylori positive effect of the treatment of chronic gastritis. [Methods]randomized,parallel controlled method,86 patients were hospitalized method is simple coin toss randomized into two groups.The control group of 43 patients amoxicillin, lg/times,2 times/d;clarithromycin,0.5g/ times,2 times/d.Treatment group of 43 patients for treatment in stages,the first stage of treatment 15d,dampness Qi Tang（Cangzhu 12g,Houpu,Huoxiang,Chenpi,Zhike,Huangqi,Binglang 10g,Huanglian,Doukou 6g,Dahuang 5g,Wuzhuyu 3g）;the second stage treatment 16-90d,spleen and stomach soup（Shijianchuan,Guya 15g,Dangshen 20g,Jiangbanxia 10g,Gancao 9g,Chenpi 10g,Fuling 15g,Foushou,Muxiang 10g,Sharen 9g）,l/d,decoction 200mL,sooner or later orally.90d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,mucosal area,H.pylori negative rate of adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 31 cases,effective in 11 cases,one case,the total efficiency of 97.67%.The control group 17 cases markedly effective in 16 cases,10 cases,the total efficiency of 76.64%.Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.01）.Helicobacter pylori negative rate of the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Phased treatment satisfaction chronic gastritis H.pylori positive effect,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
