摘要
目的探讨中西医结合疗法在脾胃湿热型幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎中的临床应用,总结其效果。方法选取我院接受诊治的脾胃湿热型幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎患者78例,按治疗方法分为2组,每组39例。对照组应用传统的西医治疗方式,观察组在对照组的基础上辅以中医疗法,观察2组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,幽门螺杆菌转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组中医症候评分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗脾胃湿热型幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎,可有效提升治疗有效率,改善临床症状,促进幽门螺杆菌转阴。
Objective To discuss the clinical application of integrative medicine in treating chronic gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome,and to summarize its effect.Methods A total of 78 patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-related of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to different treatments method(control group and observation group),with 39 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional Western medicine,while those in the observation group were additionally treated with TCM treatment on the basis of the reference group.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and HP negative rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of TCM symptoms in the both groups were lower than that befoer treatment(P<0.05),that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrative medicine on chronic gastritis associated with Hp--related of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome can make the treatment efficiency better,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and significantly promote the conversion of hp to negative,which has great clinical application value and worthy promoting.
