Experiment on Performance of Light Turbocharged Diesel Engine at High Altitude

摘要 为提高涡轮增压柴油机的高原环境适应性,在内燃机高海拔(低气压)性能模拟试验台上,对不同海拔高度下的某涡轮增压柴油机性能进行试验研究。结果表明:随着海拔升高,柴油机的动力性和经济性逐渐下降,且低速区动力性和经济性下降幅度大于高速区;海拔低于2 000 m时,柴油机最大转矩、转矩适应性系数、转速适应性系数和发动机适应性系数降低幅度较小,海拔超过2 000 m,最大转矩呈线性下降,平均每升高1 000 m,最大转矩下降4.8%,柴油机转矩适应性系数下降2.1%,转速适应性系数下降7.4%,发动机适应性系数下降9%;随海拔升高,最低燃油消耗率对应的转速由海拔0 m的1 600 r/min升高到海拔5 000 m的2 200 r/min,柴油机经济工作区逐渐变窄。 In order to improve plateau environmental adaptability of the turbocharged diesel engine, the performance of a turbocharged diesel engine at different high altitudes was investigated on an engine test bed for simulating high altitude (low air pressure). The experimental results show that both of engine power performance and fuel economy deteriorate with the increase of altitude, and this case is more serious at low speed. The maximum torque of the diesel engine, the engine speed adaptive coefficient, the engine torque adaptive coefficient and the engine adaptive coefficient decrease lightly below the altitude of 2 000 m. At the altitudes above 2 000 m, the maximum torque of the diesel engine decrease linearly. When the altitude increases by 1 000 m,the maximum torque decreases by 4.8% , the engine speed adaptive coefficient decreases by 2.1% , the engine torque adaptive coefficient decreases by 7.4% , and the engine adaptive coefficient decreases by 9% . The engine revolution corresponding to the minimum fuel consumption rises from the speed of 1 600 r/min at the altitude of 0 m to the speed of 2 200 r/min at the altitude of 5 000 m, and the economical ar- ea of the diesel engine gradually narrows with the altitude increasing.
