摘要
随着海拔高度的增加,大气压力的降低,导致柴油机的过量空气系数减少,然而柴油机在进行EGR之后,过量空气系数减少的幅度增加,以至于各个工况点下的最佳EGR率发生变化。使用内燃机大气模拟综合系统对在不同海拔地区运行的柴油机进行EGR之后的经济性和烟度的变化规律进行了初步研究,所获得的结论为今后进一步的研究和应用提供了依据。
With the increasing of altitude and decreasing of atmospheric pressure, the coefficient of excess air of diesel is decreased, but after using EGR, the decreasing range of the excess air coefficient would be increased and resulting that the best EGR rate be changed. By Using IE air simulation synthetically system and after applying EGR, the author has investigated the variation of the diesel economic performance and the smoke intensity when moving at different altitude, some conclusion received provide a basis for further study and practice.
