摘要
影响力或话语权是大学智库存在的核心价值。"中国模式"的崛起需要与之匹配的新型大学智库,在中国进入全面深化改革时代的语境下,大学智库发展应从"依附式"逻辑向"均衡式"逻辑转换,打破"功利化"思维困局,建构恪守自身传统和价值的"问题源流-政策源流-政治源流"三位一体的话语体系。
The power of influence and discourse is the core value to the existence of university think tank. The rise of China Model should be based on corresponding new university think tank. Along with China＇s entering the era of comprehensively deepening the reform, university think tank should develop from attachment to equilibrium logically and break the thought predicament of utilitarianism. So as to build up triune discourse system of problem-origin, policy-origin and politics-origin, which well observe its own tradition and value.
