摘要
中国进入了智库时代。加强大学智库建设具有得天独厚的条件和历史必然性。针对我国现有大学智库的规模大、质量低、运行不畅等特征,必须要转变观念,采取以智为要,以质为本,完善制度设计,搭建交流平台,营造良好环境氛围等措施。
As China is in the era of construction of think tank in universities, it is imperative that quality and wisdom shall top the scale and inefficiency in the new think tanks. In addition, a sound institution and an efficient platform are needed for a beneficent atmosphere.
