摘要 学习型城市的建设是国际社会的普遍共识和共同趋势。近十多年来,杭州创建学习型城市取得明显成效,其中,统筹规划学习型城市建设,提升居民的幸福感,重视城市本土文化学习资源的开发,重视与扶持弱势群体的学习,增强社会的包容性等经验值得推广。为了完善学习型城市建设,必须进一步消弭区域与群体差异、发挥各社会主体的积极性。 Building learning cities has become the general consensus and common trend of the world. In the last decade,Hangzhou has received remarkable progress in building itself into a learning city. The experiences which is worth of spreading include providing the overall planning,developing the well-being of the residents,exploiting and developing local learning resource,supporting the learning of vulnerable groups,and enhancing the inclusiveness of the society. Further approaches should be adopted to eliminate the differences among regions and groups,and to arouse the initiative of all social subjects,so as to better build Hangzhou into a learning city.
