摘要
针对铁路桥下采煤难度较大、维修要求高,可能引起下沉、倾斜、曲率、水平移动、水平变形等地表移动和变形的问题,结合范各庄矿采用减沉注浆技术进行铁路桥下采煤的实际情况,专门设置了地表观测站,并对桥梁观测站、轨道观测站、路基观测站的设置、观测方法、观测周期以及数据整理与分析等进行了具体分析研究。结果表明,地表观测站的设置及有效运作,可以有效延长矿井服务年限,最大限度采出地下煤炭资源,保证安全高效采煤。
Based on mining difficulty under railway bridge and high maintenance requirements, may cause the subsidence, inclination, curvature, horizontal displacement, horizontal deformation of surface movement and deformation problems, combined with Fangezhuang Mine grouting technology to the actual situation of coal mining railway bridge, specially the surface observation station was set up, and the subgrade observatory bridge station, railway station, setting, observation method, observation period and data collection were analyzed. Results showed that the surface observation station setting and effective operation, can effectively extend the service life of mine, extend the underground coal resources to the greatest extent and guarantee the safe and efficient mining.
